How to Practice Martial Arts and/or Karate Breaking at Home - The Board Breaker

By November 7, 2012

Follow me on:

Board breaking tends to be a big part of training in traditional martial arts styles like karate, taekwondo, and Tang Soo Do. But unless you have someone at home who is both strong and knowledgeable enough to hold boards for you- not to mention, willing to take a shot to the hand/fingers every now and then- practicing breaking at home is awful hard. That's what I thought, anyway. But then I came across The Board Breaker.

The Board Breaker holds both re-breakable boards and pine boards. It holds multiple boards. And if you have a heavy bag, you can simply attach it to the bag with a nylon strap and have at it. Yep, no need for a partner. Check out the my full review of this product here: The Board Breaker Review

Happy breaking!
