The applier grasps her adversary’s left calf by snaking her right arm around it as close to the tendon as possible. Her right forearm begins to press into the tendon. Simultaneously, she slides her left knee over the right thigh of her opponent and pushes down on her chest with her left hand. This is done in order to keep her from getting up.
