Where and When: UFC 100 went off at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 11, 2009.
Brock Lesnar TKO's Frank Mir at 1:48 of round two: Here's how this fight went down. In the first round, Lesnar took Mir down- who immediately looked for a leglock to no avail- and then managed to hold his head with his left hand while pounding away to Mir's face and body with his right for the entire initial around. A swollen and bloody Mir came out in the second stanza looking to do damage on his feet, connecting with an elbow, knee, and then a flying knee aggressively. But that led to another takedown. Eventually, Lesnar moved his opponent up against the cage wall and unleashed a torrent of unanswered right hands to his face until the referee had no choice but to step in.
Brock Lesnar wins via TKO at 1:48 of round one. Afterwards, Lesnar got in his battered opponents' face talking trash both then and in the post fight interview with Joe Rogan. It was really a pretty poor display.
