As it moves onto training, it starts by covering foundation exercises that develop strength, balance and agility. Second the dvd covers drills that greatly increase strength. Finally, it moves on to advanced drills such as more complex box jumps, depth jumps and more.The dvd ends with suggestions for putting together a 12 week progressive training routine.
This instructional dvd is very clean and well edited. The demonstrations are very clear, and the drills all feature slow motion and freeze frames that help the user analyze the movement and better learn proper form. The instructions and drills progress in a way so as that by the end of the dvd, the viewer has an excellent understanding of plyometric techniques, drills and proper form. This is an excellent resource to any serious martial artist's training library.
