Many that achieve expert status in a martial art such as
kung fu find the confidence to deal with problems, sometimes extreme, both in and out of the dojo. Apparently, this was not the case for Alan Jermey, who faces sentencing on Monday for choking his girlfriend to death, dousing her head in petrol, and then setting both her and their house on fire while their two children slept upstairs. His girlfriend, Mercedes executive Kirsty Wilson, had been having a year-long affair with her boss, Simon Goddard, and had planned on leaving Jermey for him.
Wilson's parents said the following according to Mail Online: 'Our grandchildren have been deprived of their mother for the rest of their lives. They are too young to understand why their mummy has left them and gone to heaven. They are the real victims of this tragedy.'
Truer words have never been spoken. What a terrible thing for a set of children to go through.
