Lyoto Machida defeats Rashad Evans by impressive second round KO in the main event: After some early inactivity, Machida connected with a sudden body kick and followed it with a left hand that dropped his adversary in the first round. Somehow, Evans managed to weather the storm. But in the second round, Machida landed another hard left hand that dizzied Evans and then a right-left combination that sent him to the canvas. Though Evans toughed it out again to his feet, "The Dragon" connected with another left hand that ended Evans' night via KO.
In the end, Machida is going to be one tough guy to beat as champion. Can anyone say, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Lyoto Machida?
