Anderson Silva vs. Thales Leites in the main event: The first round of this encounter hardly took place at all, as there was almost no action to speak of. Along with this, Silva was waiting to counter and there was nothing to counter from. In the second round, Leites managed to get the fight to the ground and even looked for a leglock for a moment before Silva was able to get to his feet and start connecting with strikes in spots. However, by the third round Silva had proved that Leites would be unable to control the fight on the ground, as his takedown attempts were failing. This started a parade of Leites falling to the ground on his back hoping that Silva would follow him there. Further, Silva connected with some very nice low kicks, including sidekicks to the knee and front of the leg. By the fifth and final round, Silva did end up on the ground on top of his adversary, rifling right hands into his face on two separate occasions. But Leites's lack of aggressiveness in combination with Silva's unwillingness to throw combinations to try and end the fight made this a rather uneventful main event.

Anderson Silva wins via unanimous decision.
