Mirko Cro Cop Filipovic defeats Hong Man Choi By TKO

In a display of side to side movement and leg kicks, Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic was able to defeat Hong Man Choi at K-1 Dynamite!! 2008 last night. The event took place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

After a brief stoppage in the action because of a groin kick by Cro Cop, the Croatian fighter connected with a hard left kick to Choi’s left leg that sent him to the canvas, ending the fight for good.

Though this wasn’t the most exciting battle, it did prove Cro Cop’s technical stand up superiority over his 7-foot-2 counterpart.
